Sanders Chocolate Stout BBQ Sauce



1  can tomato paste 6 oz Sanders Chocolate Stout
1  can tomato sauce 15oz
¾  cup packed brown sugar
3  tablespoon Dijon mustard
2  tablespoons Chili seasoning mix
2  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1  teaspoon salt
½  teaspoon black pepper
1  tablespoon honey
2  cups water
1  bottle Sanders Chocolate Stout

Whisk all the ingredients together in large sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally, until reduced by about half, about an hour.
Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container and storing in the refrigerator.
Use sauce within 1 week or freeze for up to 6 months.
