SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

We ship using the delivery service offering the most optimal transit time required to get your gifts and treats delivered in their best condition.

Your order may be shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice and/or cold gel packs when necessary. Please remember to reuse the gel packs and insulated coolers next time you're heading out with foods or beverages that need to be kept cold!

Please remember that deliveries left on porches or in warm foyers may cause your shipment to melt. For this reason, we suggest you provide a shipping address where someone will be able to store your package in a cool place immediately upon delivery.

April 1 - on or about mid October: During this time period, all orders containing heat sensitive items, such as chocolate, and with transit route or destination temperatures over 74 degrees F will go through our Warm Weather Shipping protocol to ensure an optimal delivery. During this time period, a $2.99 Cool Ship fee may be added to destinations with temperatures above 74 degrees F.

Candy Orders:

Orders placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time Monday thru Wednesday are typically shipped the same day, or one day after they are received. Orders received after Wednesday at 12 Noon Eastern Time will possibly be held to ship on the following Monday, especially if that order contains temperature-sensitive items.

Cake Orders:

To uphold our No Melt Guarantee and reduce waste, any orders containing cakes will only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday. All items in the order (cake and candy) will be held to ship together.

Sanders makes You Salivate

I was remembering when I was a young girl in Detroit and my grandmother lived with us. She walked everywhere as she never learned to drive. We lived in St Mary’s if Redford Parish and we would walk up to the Sanders store/ice cream parlour and we would have an ice cream Sundae with Sanders fudge or Carmel topping. Sometimes we would have Bumpy Cake. So I started Googling Sanders and found out they still sell the toppings, candy and Bumpy Cake. So I bought what was required to get free shipping. I could eat the topping directly from the jar it is so good! I am 70 and Sanders has been around long before I was born. Thank goodness some of the old vendors are still around if only online!

Gift well received.

I sent the sanders toppings to my sister in Tennessee. We grew up with Sanders in Detroit. She was very happy you are producing them again.

Bring Back Previous Toppings

Please bring back the larger bottles, approx 25 oz, of the toppings. And also bring back the dark chocolate. I buy these by the case and give them to friends here in Florida. It’s a hit with them. I’m 78 and have had the Hot Fudge since I was 7 yo.
Also just a few years ago, used to buy the 25oz bottles for around $6. Now you reduce the amount by 1/2 and charge approximatelh 2 X the amount. Thats A 400% INCREASE!!! That is absurd!
It is Extrememy greedy! You are screwing your long standing customers.
( Biting the hand that feeds you!)
Thats not good business!

To conclude, Please reprice these toppings to something reasonable and please bring back the equally popular Dark Chocolate toppings and lastly bring back the large bottles at a reasonable price!
Thank you.

The hot fudge topping is nothing like it used to be. What in the world happened?
