Dark Sea Salt Caramels with Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark Sea Salt Caramels: Our number one most requested piece of candy is our dark sea salt caramel. We use cover our small-batch caramels in our proprietary blend of dark chocolate then top each piece with flavorful large grain sea salt for a symphony of sweet, bitter and salty rich taste.

Cabernet Sauvignon: The complexity of this wine offers up a rich texture and plentiful flavor with notes of black currants, vanilla and blackberry flavors. The coarse sea salt on the dark chocolate just adds a layer to heighten the chocolate/cabernet pairing experience.



Dark Honeycomb Chips with Port

Dark Honeycomb Chips: We have people from the same family tell us that they fight over which is better - milk or dark honeycomb chips. We couldn’t decide between the two so we’ve opted to include both milk and dark varieties in our wine pairing suggestions. This first recommendation is for our famous classic molasses crisps covered in our special blend of dark chocolate.

Port: Many people consider Port one of the best drinks to pair with desserts. The deep, fruity and sweet flavors of this wine delivers a fresh taste to perfectly complement our rich dark chocolate.



Solid Dark Chocolate Squares with Zinfandel

Dark Chocolate Squares: Ever growing in popularity, dark chocolate has less sugar and more cocoa solids than milk chocolate. Our unique dark chocolate blend delivers decadent and rich, semi-sweet flavor that sets it apart from any other chocolate you’ll ever taste.

Zinfandel: Zinfandel wine is created by the juice having extended contact with the red grape skins, giving the wine its strong tannins and complex flavors. While this wine is lighter in color than both Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, it does have a high acidity making it taste more bold than some would expect from its slightly lighter red color (note: you'll want to be sure to not confuse this wine with White Zinfandel).



Milk Sea Salt Caramels with Oaked Chardonnay

Milk Sea Salt Caramels: A true delight for milk chocolate lovers who enjoy sweet and salty combinations. Our famous kettle-cooked buttery caramel is draped in our signature milk chocolate blend and sprinkled with coarse sea salt.

Oaked Chardonnay: With extensive oak aging, this white wine (also sometimes called “Buttery Chardonnay”) becomes quite full-bodied with a creamy texture that delivers vanilla, spice, butterscotch and oak flavors. Oaked Chardonnay’s rich and buttery profile makes it the perfect companion to our bold yet sweet milk chocolate sea salt caramels.



Milk Honeycomb Chips with Icewine

Milk Honeycomb Chips: We've been making these signature wafer thin crisps of kettle cooked molasses coated in milk chocolate for more than 100 years. These artisan crafted treasures are truly unique and pair perfectly with white wine.

Icewine: Recognized as one of the finest types of dessert wines in the world, icewine is made from grapes that have been left to freeze naturally on the vine. While its flavor is definitely sweet, this wine also has a refreshing hint of acidity, making it a perfect balanced wine to enjoy with our crispy milk chocolate covered molasses honey comb chips.



Solid Milk Chocolate Squares with Late Harvest Riesling

Milk Chocolate Squares: Milk chocolate is the sweeter counterpart to dark. For those seeking a less sharp taste, nothing compares to biting into a piece of our smooth and creamy signature blend milk chocolate.

Late Harvest Riesling: Delivering a wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity, this wine offers crisp flavor, fruit aromas, and a sweet finish. You will find Late Harvest Riesling is sweet enough to enjoy its divine flavor with a solid milk chocolate bar, but not too sweet to the point of it competing with the chocolate.
