Candidate must have either Food Safety related degree, or 3+ years experience in the Food Industry. HACCP and GFSI knowledge/training is preferred.
Candidate will report to Directory of Quality. Responsibilities include: overseeing daily production, monitoring records and data entry, training newly hired employees, conducting audits of food safety programs, accomplish environmental swab testing and maintenance of product specifications.
Entry level position as Maintenance Technician. Candidate needs to be able to work with both manual and automated processes. Needs to be reliable, motivated and a self starter. Work includes machine and building maintenance. Standing and also lifting up to 50lbs at a time. Position regularly works 5-6 days per week and is a daytime shift.
Previous experience in this position or industry is not necessary, but previous employment with a good track record is required. This is a full time position with benefits available after 90 days of continuous employment.
Entry level position in our retail shop. Duties include assisting customers with chocolate, counter items and questions, restocking shelves and store cleanliness. Applicant must be an outgoing self-starter who can be flexible for retail hours and can work with the general public.
